ABSTRACT
Describir una técnica de reparación de la pared abdominal con apósitos biológicos en evisceración contenida. Métodos: Estudio descriptivo y observacional de un caso. Resultados: Con el uso de apósitos de hidrogel e hidrocoloide durante 26 días se logró resolución "ad integrum" de la pared abdominal, tiempo durante el cual, se realizaron cambios de cura cada 72 horas, permaneciendo en el centro hasta el día 16 del inicio del tratamiento y egresando satisfactoriamente para continuar con la estrategia ambulatoria, que consistió en curas ambulatorias cada 120 horas, logrando el cierre completo de la epidermis solo con el hidrogel al cuadragésimo día postoperatorio, evidenciándose la esperada hernia ventral. Conclusión: El tratamiento conservador, con la asociación de apósitos de hidrogel e hidrocoloide, resulta ser un procedimiento seguro y de fácil realización, el cual proporciona grandes beneficios y rápidos resultados, disminuyendo la morbimortalidad. La eventración que se presentará posteriormente se corregirá una vez superada la etapa crítica y de forma electiva. Recomendamos difundir y ampliar esta experiencia como una alternativa eficaz(AU)
To describe a technique of repair of the abdominalwall with biological dressings contained evisceration. Method: Descriptive and observational study of a case. Results: With theuse of hydrogel and hydrocolloid dressings for 26 days was achieved resolution "ad integrum" of the abdominal wall, during whichtime, changes were made cure every 72 hours. Staying in the center until the 16th of the start of treatment and graduating successfully to continue the outpatient strategy consisted of outpatient cures every 120 hours achieving complete closure of the epidermis only with the hydrogel the fortieth day after surgery, showing the expected ventral hernia. Conclusion: Conservative treatment with the association of hydrogel and hydrocolloid dressings, turns out to be a safe and easy to perform procedure which provides great benefits and quick results, reducing morbidity and mortality. Eventration to be presented later be corrected once the critical and elective stage. We recommend disseminate and extend this experience as an effective alternative(AU)
